1. Agreement
By accessing our website, submitting a contact or service-request form, or requesting service from Port St. Lucie Appliance Repair (“Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service. This website is a lead-generation and information site—it does not process online checkout, deposits, or prepaid appointments. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. For questions, call (772) 501-9870 or email portstlucieappliancerepair@gmail.com.
2. Services
We provide residential appliance diagnosis and repair in our published service areas around Port St. Lucie, FL. Published hours are Monday–Friday 24 hours; Saturday and Sunday closed. Availability of same-day or after-hours service during those hours depends on schedule capacity and is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
3. Estimates & service call fees
- Diagnostic / service call fees may apply and will be disclosed when we confirm your request or when a technician arrives, as applicable. The standard in-home diagnostic is credited toward approved repair on the same visit.
- Repair estimates are based on inspection findings. Parts pricing and labor can change if additional faults are discovered after work begins; we will explain options before proceeding with non-emergency extras.
- No online prepayment is required to submit a service request. Payment is due on-site upon diagnostic or upon your approval of the quoted repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Parts, access & customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the appliance, utilities, and parking as reasonably needed. OEM or OEM-quality parts are used when available; some older models may require aftermarket equivalents. You are responsible for backing up smart-appliance settings and securing pets/children during service.
5. Repair warranties
Workmanship and covered parts may carry a limited warranty as stated on your invoice or receipt. Warranties typically exclude misuse, neglect, power surges, water damage, unauthorized repairs, and unrelated subsequent failures. Manufacturer warranties remain separate from our workmanship coverage.
6. Cancellations & no-shows
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Repeated no-shows or refused entry after a technician is dispatched may incur a trip charge.
SMS Messaging Terms
- Messages are transactional — service-request follow-up, technician status updates, and billing alerts related to your service.

- Reply HELP or contact customer support at (772) 501-9870 / portstlucieappliancerepair@gmail.com for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for mobile information disclosures.
7. Website use
You may not misuse the site (scraping, injecting malware, attempting to bypass security, or submitting fraudulent service requests). Content on the site is for general information and does not create a professional warranty beyond what is stated in writing for a completed repair.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Port St. Lucie Appliance Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for a given job is limited to the amounts you paid us for that job, except where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Customer Communication & Phone Number Formatting Policy
Customers and authorized users must provide accurate telephone numbers that they control or are authorized to use. To support reliable service-request, technician, billing, and account communications, we may normalize telephone numbers into a standard international format, such as E.164, by removing punctuation and applying the appropriate country code.
Formatting a phone number does not create new marketing consent, override an opt-out, or change the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Transactional calls or messages remain subject to the consent, STOP/HELP, frequency, and carrier-charge provisions stated above.
Users are responsible for promptly correcting inaccurate or reassigned numbers. We may suppress communications when a number is invalid, unreachable, opted out, or reasonably believed to belong to someone other than the intended recipient.
